To speak or not to speak?

Hi everybody.

I just thought it is a good idea to have here free style topics. Where we could discuss everything which we could find interesting. From weather to politics, doesn't matter. Like other forums do. This way we could share our vocabulary with each other and practice and it wouldn't be boring because we will also have a discussions. I don't like the forum as it is now. As for me it is really boring at the moment.

Perhaps there are others who could share my opinion. So let us try to start and make it works.

Well, introduction finished:)

So the question is:
What is for you learning and knowing the English. What benefits do you have from it? What excites you and why. Which tricks are you using to improve your level of English. I understand that for many of us it is useful from the practical point of view. But I am asking about the things besides it. Isn't it English is more than just another facility to take few bucks from this hard life? :ухмылка:

Gentlemen,

what is it with the semi-illiterate lingo that you have picked up from dumbass American adolescents? This, mind you, regardless of several valuable nanoseconds saved by typing "u" instead of "you", is not English...

Fakel, although I am not acutely aware what sucking balls feels like, I am looking forward to your extensive comparative analysis of these two areas of your expertise (together with earning your well-deserved degree in English, that is...)

Condemned by every syllable she (he) ever uttered
By law she (he) should be taken out and hung
For the cold-blooded murder of the English tongue" :улыб:
